Ten Point Process

  • Covenant Roofing installs and repairs virtually all popular roof systems, including composition, wood, tile, slate, stone coated steel, built-up, single-ply, and standing seam sheet metal. Covenant Roofing not only provides a wide variety of roof repairs and installations for our clients on residential projects, we also do gutters, fencing (privacy, chain-link) and interior repairs that may be the result of storm damage.
  • One of our project managers will come by and visit or make a phone call to schedule a convenient time to perform a roof evaluation.
  • We will conduct and provide a thorough inspection and evaluation of the roofs condition. In addition to the roof shingles, we check the valley flashings, plumbing penetrations, gutters, ventilation and chimney flashings.
  • Your project manager will work closely with your insurance adjuster to provide all the details and information they require.
  • We will provide you with a detailed Scope of Work explaining the roof replacement process, types of materials that will be used and a sample of the shingle and color to be used.
  • We will use our trained estimators and the latest, up to date estimating software to provide you with the most accurate price for your insurance claim.
  • We will provide you the homeowner with a detailed agreement that is contingent upon your insurance companies approval along with a list of references, a copy of our general liability and workers compensation policy.
  • We will schedule your project, conduct a pre-construction meeting with the project manager, work crew and safety officer prior to starting your project.
  • Once the project is completed, your project manager will conduct a Post Construction Inspection and a punch list will be generated if any of the details may have been overlooked.
  • Your project manager will walk the project with you to answer any questions you may have or address any issues.
  • Finally, we will provide you with a Final Invoice, Manufacturer and our company warranty and a Lien release (once invoice is paid in full). We will also submit a copy of the final invoice to your insurance company if necessary to expedite the release of all depreciated funds to you.
